采用压力跟踪法的气缸盖冷却水腔CFD仿真优化研究

摘要 利用STAR-CCM+软件对气缸盖冷却水腔进行CFD仿真计算,分析评价冷却水腔的压力损失、流动均匀性。针对压力损失过大,冷却不均匀等问题,采用压力跟踪的方法定位压力损失的主要结构,结合对流换热系数的分配情况和流速矢量图,根据结构特点,提出改进建议,并对改进后方案进行计算分析,得到了较好的改进效果。 The software of STAR - CCM + was utilized to get a CFD simulation for the cooling water-jacket of cylinder head. The pressure drop and fluid equality of the water were analysed. The method of preasure tracking was used to ensure the main configuration of pressure drop. The advice was given with considering the heat transfer coefficient, velocity and the characteristic the simulation for the improved proiect. of configuration.
