促红细胞生成素治疗早产儿贫血的临床观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨促红细胞生成素治疗早产儿贫血的临床疗效。方法:收治早产儿贫血患儿40例,随机分成对照组和观察组,每组20例。观察组于生后第7天给予促红细胞生成素(rhu-EPO)250IU/kg/次,3次/周,共4周。对照组自出生第1周起口服维生素E、元素铁、叶酸片,第4周肌肉注射维生素B12,共4周。结果:两组患儿治疗后1、2周外周血血红蛋白(Hb)、网织红细胞(Ret)、血细胞比容(HCT)的无显著性变化,两组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),但在治疗后3、4周各指标观察组明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:促红细胞生成素治疗早产儿贫血的临床疗效显著。
