几丁糖配合宫腹腔镜下插管治疗输卵管阻塞的疗效分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨几丁糖配合宫腹腔镜下插管疏通术治疗输卵管阻塞的疗效。方法:单纯采用宫腹腔镜下插管疏通术治疗输卵管阻塞患者45例(对照组),其中单侧输卵管阻塞15例,双侧输卵管阻塞30例,共计阻塞输卵管75条;应用几丁糖配合宫腹腔镜下插管疏通术治疗输卵管阻塞患者60例(观察组),其中单侧输卵管阻塞23例,双侧输卵管阻塞37例,共计阻塞输卵管97条。结果:观察组术后输卵管通畅率93.42%,明显高于对照组的69.27%。结论:医用几丁糖在防止输卵管粘连方面疗效肯定。
