氟伏沙明联合氯米帕明治疗强迫症

目的:探讨分析氟伏沙明联合氯米帕明治疗强迫症的临床效果。方法:收治强迫症患者140例,平均分成两组,其中运用氟伏沙明治疗作为对照组,观察组则在对照组的基础上加用氯米帕明,比较两组治疗后的效果情况。结果:观察组总有效率88.6%,显效以上74.3%;而对照组总有效率81.4%,显效以上57.1%。另外,对照组和观察组在治疗前在Yale-Brown强迫量表、汉密顿抑郁量表、汉密顿焦虑量表上午明显差异性,P>0.05,以上情况两组间治疗后有明显的差异性,P<0.05有统计学意义。结论:氟伏沙明联合氯米帕明治疗强迫症效果明显,且安全性高。

Objective：The aim of the article was to investigate and analyze the clinical efficacy of fluyoxamine combined with clo- mipramine in the treatment of obsessive - compulsive disorder. Methods： Retrospec- tively analyze the clinical materials of 140 cases obsessive - compulsive disorder pa- tients from May 2011 to May 2012 in our hospital. They were divided into two groups. The control group were taken with fluyoxam- ine, and the observation group were taken with clomipramine on the control group ba- sis. Compare the efficacy after treatments. Results：The total efficacy of the observation group was 88.6% , above the significant effi- cacy was 74. 3%. While the control group separately were 81.4% and 57.1%. In ad- dition, the Yale - Brown obsessive compul- sive scale, Hamilton depression scale and Hamilton anxiety scale of the two groups be- fore treatments had no significant differences （ P 〉 0.05 ）, but they had sigrlificant differ- ences after treatments （ P 〈 0.05 ）, they had statistical significances. Conclusion ： Fluyox amine combined with clomipramine was ob- viously effective and safe for the treatment of obsessive - compulsive disorder.
