社区干预对2型糖尿病患者疗效的影响研究

目的:观察社区干预对2型糖尿病患者疗效的影响。方法:选择100例2型糖尿病患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。两组在相同药物治疗的同时观察组同时实施社区干预措施。观察两组干预前后血糖各项指标的变化情况。结果:观察组各项血糖指标明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病通过社区干预其各项指标明显优于单纯药物治疗。

Objective:To observe the community intervention for patients with type 2 diabetes curative effect.Methods:100 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes,were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 cases in each group,the two group in the same treatment and observation group at the same time the implementation of community intervention measures.Two groups were observed before and after the intervention of the indexes of blood glucose.Results:the observation group was better than the control group the glycemic index of the glycemic index, the two groups had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:type 2 diabetes community intervention through its index is superior to drug therapy,it is worthy of clinical application.
