手术治疗距骨骨折脱位20例分析

目的:探讨手术治疗距骨骨折脱位的临床效果效果。方法:收治距骨骨折和距骨与周围关节脱位患者20例,采用回顾性方法对病例进行查阅、随访。其中男15例,女5例。年龄20～57岁,平均37.8岁。全部患者均经CT扫描或X线片证实为距骨骨折脱位。受伤至手术固定时间2～26小时,平均17.4±5.1小时。结果:手术治疗效果好,按AOFAS评分系统进行评价:治疗效果优7例,良11例,可2例,优良率90.0%;并发症发生率25.0%,经积极二次治疗均好转。结论:采用合适的手术方法早期适时治疗距骨骨折,能够减少并发症的发生,改善骨折愈合的效果。

Objective：To investigate the effect for treatment of talus fracture - dislocation. Methods： Using retrospective method to in- spect 20 patients who hospitalized between 2005 and 2009 because of talus fractures and talus dislocation. There were 15 males, and 5 females, with mean age of 37.8 years （20 -57 years ）, All patients were con- finned by CT scan or X - ray that the frac- ture and dislocation of talus. Results： The treatment is good, Assessed by AOFAS sco- ring system ,7 cases were rated as excellent, 11 case as good,and acceptable in 2 cases. The rate of excellent and good was 90.0%, the complication rate is 25%, which were better cured finally. Conclusion： Using ap- propriate surgical methods to treat talus frac- ture patients appropriately can reduce com- plications and improve the effect of fracturehealing.
