老年阵发性心动过速射频消融术围手术期的护理
摘要
无论是否存在器质性心脏病基础,长期持续性或频发性心动过速均可引起心脏扩大、心肌收缩功能减退,当心动过速被控制后心脏功能可部分或完全恢复[1]。老年人快速心律失常很常见,且心脏储备功能差,部分患者合并高血压、冠心病等基础疾病。
