抗肠道病毒71型感染药物的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 肠道病毒71型(enterovirus71,EV71)是引起手足口病(hand foot mouth disease,HFMD)的主要病原体,临床表现为手、足、口腔等部位的疱疹及中枢神经系统并发症。5岁以下的儿童感染后易发生严重的并发症,如无菌性脑炎、脑膜脑炎、脑干脑炎、脊髓灰质炎样麻痹、心肌炎和肺水肿等,这些并发症可导致死亡或永久性麻痹。
