摘要
矩形钢管柱混凝土顶升浇筑施工中,钢柱易发生膨胀变形,通过对商品混凝土性能的检测、监控点冒出浆液、混凝土泵压值、柱身变形、摄像头观测柱内混凝土状态等监控措施,减少了矩形钢管混凝土膨胀变形的概率,保证了矩形截面钢管柱混凝土顶升浇筑的质量。
During the lifting and construction of rectangular concrete-filled steel tubular columns, the steel tubes are prone to expansion and deformation. The probability of the expansion and deformation can be reduced by applying measures such as examination of the concrete performance, monitoring the slurries rushed out at the monitoring points, the pumping pressure values of the concrete, the distortion of the column, and observation of the core concrete with cameras, etc. These measures can guarantee the qualities of lifting and construction of rectangular concrete-filled steel tubular columns.
