摘要
介绍了一种自行研制的光纤光栅应变传感器及其工作原理,并对封装后的传感器进行拉伸标定试验,验证其准确性。而后利用这种光纤光栅传感器对常州客运中心地下工程混凝土板的内部变形及表面裂缝进行监测,进而研究掺入不同纤维的混凝土的体积稳定性及相关性能。试验结果表明,这种光纤光栅传感器的测量精度高、稳定性好,可用于地下工程混凝土板变形和裂缝的测量。
A self-developed fiber bragg grating (FBG) sensor and its working principle are introduced in this paper. The accuracy of the encapsulated sensor is validated by the tensile calibration experiment. This FBG sensor is then used to monitor the surface crack and internal deformation of the concrete slab of the underground project of Changzhou Passenger Transport Center. The volume stability and its related performance of concrete mixed with different fiber bragg contents are investigated. The results show that the fiber Bragg grating sensor can be used to measure the deformation and cracks of slabs in underground projects due to its high accuracy and good stability.
