底座板涂层对消除水泥乳化沥青砂浆垫层贯穿孔效果的试验研究

摘要 为消除CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道水泥乳化沥青砂浆在施工过程中易产生的贯穿孔,采用涂层材料对底座板混凝土表面进行适当的封闭处理,通过涂层后的防水效果、贯穿孔分布情况、砂浆凿除的难易程度以及与混凝土间的界面黏结强度等研究了A,B两种涂层材料的应用效果。结果表明,两种涂层均能有效封闭混凝土的渗水通道,避免贯穿孔的形成;涂层后的底座板与水泥沥青砂浆均具有较高的黏结力,砂浆较难凿除,砂浆与混凝土间的界面黏结强度明显提高。由于乳液B的颗粒粒径更小,其有效成分更容易渗透到混凝土的毛细孔隙,其提高界面黏结强度的作用较乳液A明显。 In order to eliminate the penetrating holes of cement emulsified asphalt mortar generated during the construction of CRTS II slab track, coating materials are applied to appropriately seal the concrete surface of the base plate. The application effect of two coating materials A and B was studied with respect to their waterproof performance, the distribution of penetrating holes, the difficulty of mortar chiseling as well as the interracial bond strength with concrete. The result shows that both coating materials can seal the seepage channel of concrete effectively to avoid the formation of penetrating holes. With the coating, higher bonding strength was developed between the base plate and cement emulsified asphalt mortar. The mortar was difficult to be chiseled and the interracial bond strength between mortar and concrete was improved significantly. Since the particle size of emulsion B was smaller and its active ingredient can easily penetrate into the capillary porosity of concrete, improvement of the interracial bonding strength is more significant with emulsion B than with emulsion A.
