通过阐述贝雷片检测系统的开发与测试,确定检测控制指标。提出贝雷片检测系统工艺流程,通过一定数量的检测、分析及验证判定,将贝雷片分成正常使用、降级使用及报废3类,提出快速判别贝雷片使用等级的判定方法和判定标准,消除使用过程中的安全隐患,有效保证了贝雷片使用的安全可靠度。

This paper presents the development and testing of the bailey detection system and determines the control index of testing. The process of bailey detection system is also proposed. Through a certain number of detections, analyses and validations, the baileys are divided into 3 categories of normal use, downgraded use and disposal. The paper also presents the method and standard for rapid classification of baileys, which can help to eliminate the security risks and effectively ensure the safety and reliability of baileys.
