摘要
国际工程项目常采用EPC的总承包项目管理模式,这种总承包项目管理模式对承包商的项目分析能力和成本控制能力提出了更高要求,设计过程中的价值工程分析是项目分析和成本控制中关键和必不可少的一部分。以中建中东有限责任公司阿联酋阿布扎比市的某一高层项目为例,阐述了如何在项目设计优化过程中进行价值工程分析。经实践证明,设计优化过程中的价值工程分析能够给项目创造良好的经济效益。
The mode of engineering-procurement-construction general contracting is commonly used in international projects. This management mode raises higher requirements for the contractors in terms of their project analysis and cost control capability. Therefore, value engineering analysis becomes the critical and indispensable part for the project analysis and cost control. Taking a high-rise building project in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, which was undertaken by China State Construction Engineering Corporation Middle East L. L. C. as an example, this paper illustrated the application of value engineering analysis in the process of design optimization. The example shows that value engineering delivers great economic benefits to the project.
