国际工程承包中资格预审文件编制要点研究

Research on the Compilation Points of Preparation for the Prequalification Document in International Projects

资格预审作为工程建设招、投标活动中的一个重要环节,决定了承包商能否获得投标资格,是承包商成功参加投标的第1步。通过分析资格预审须知的内容构成,提出了资格预审须知中影响到承包商入围投标的几项内容,同时结合对国内资格预审的评分方法的研究,指出国内承包商在编制资格预审文件时的注意事项。

Prequalification is an important part of the tendering and bidding of construction activities. It decides whether the contractors are qualified for bidding and is the first step in a successful bidding. This paper analyzed the content of notes to prequalification form and put forward the main elements in the notes that affect the prequalification of contractors. Research was also performed on the prequalification scoring methods in China, and as a result, the paper pointed out the key issues that domestic contractors should pay attention to in the preparation of prequalification documents.
