摘要 10种除草剂进行生物筛选试验的结果表明,用蛋白核小球藻筛选除草剂活性的方法快速、敏感,恰好弥补了培养皿法的不足之处.用这种方法可以构成除草剂活性筛选的第二套筛子,对化合物进行常规筛选可减少具有潜在活性化合物的漏筛,而且,这种方法也可作为初筛适合于微型高通量筛选的要求.并对常用的11种乳化剂、湿润剂、高渗剂和溶剂对蛋白核小球藻生长的影响进行了研究,对使用该方法的配药提出了要求. The biological screening for 10 herbicides shows that the method is quick, simple and sensitive and just makes up for the inadequacy of the method of Petri dishes.Furthermore the method is suitable for the requirements of high throughput screening (HTS in vitro. Besides, the effect of the 11 frequently used pesticide adjuvants on the growth of Chlorella pyrenoidosa was studied and some requirements concerning the pesticide formulations of this method were put forward.
