摘要
本研究用小麦离体叶段法测定8种药剂各4个浓度对小麦白粉病的防效,结果表明,离体叶段法可用于新化合物对小麦白粉病菌的活性筛选.
In order to establish a rapid method for screening fungicides against Wheat Powdery Mildew, eight commercial fungicides were used to determine whether these fungicides were effective against Wheat Powdery Mildew on wheat leaves in vitro． The result showed that the method could be used for the screening of new compounds against Wheat Powdery Mildew．
