新化合物除草活性微量筛选方法的研究 被引量:3

摘要 本文采用微量筛选技术对19个新化合物和3个不同作用机制的标准药剂进行了除草活性生物筛选试验,同时与温室盆栽法进行了比较,结果表明,微量筛选法与温室盆栽法筛选除草剂活性试验结果相关性较好,而且具有用药量少、敏感、占地面积小、快速等优点,是新化合物除草活性筛选的有效方法之一. A micro-screening method of novel compounds in herbicidal screen was reviewed. 19 compounds were tested with three commercial herbicides with different action mode as standards which compared with greenhouse screen. The sequence results demonstrated that the two methods were corresponding with each other and the former exhibited prior in lower dose, sensitivity, space-saving and high efficiency. The method was described effectively in novel compounds screen.
