虚拟仪器技术在连杆综合参数测量系统中的应用

摘要 利用电容传感器和电容测微仪作为汽车连杆综合参数测量系统的信号采集机构和前置信号预处理 (SCXI)机构 .利用计算机插入数据采集卡采集电容传感器的电压模拟信号为数字信号 ,由计算机进行后续处理 .通过虚拟仪器面板技术 ,把硬件仪器面板“移植”到计算机上 ,形成友好的人机界面 . The capacitance sensor and micrometer were synthesized as the signal acquisition device of the multiple parameter measurement of the connecting rods in automobiles and were used for the SCXI device of this system. With the signal acquisition card embedded in the computer,the analogue voltage signals acquired by the capacitance sensor were converted to digital ones,which were then post processed by the computer. Through the panel function of VI technology, the traditional hard instrument panel was transferred to the screen of the computer to form an excellent human machine interface.
