摘要
脉冲声波吹灰器是激波吹灰和声波吹灰技术相结合的产物。它通过激波吹灰器的发生装置与声波导管的结构组合,改变发生装置的工作模式,发挥声波、激波两项吹灰技术的优点,消除了各自的缺陷。通过将声波和冲击波吹灰产品的耦合、匹配设计,结构紧凑、小巧便携、维护更换方便灵活;设计有连续可调的快速作用模式,相对于激波吹灰器,工作过程更加简单可靠、效率高、介质消耗低。该种在管排结构紧凑、中等粘性积灰的燃烧炉、加热炉和余热回收系统有广泛使用。
Pulse sonic sootblower is the result combining the technology of shock wave and sonic wave. It changes work patterns by com-bination of audible devices of shock wave sootblower and sonic catheter of sonic sootblower. It can play advantages of both shock wave and sonic wave technology, and eliminate their defects. Because of coupling and matching design of these two products, the structure can be compact, con-venient and flexible. Besides, this kind of design has a continuously adjustable quick-acting mode, and its working process can be more simple, reliable, high efficient and low medium consumption. It’s widely used in compact fouling combustion furnace、heater and waste heat recovery system .
