摘要
离子液体由于其独特结构,具有极低的蒸汽压、良好的溶解能力、热稳定性、化学稳定性、配合能力以及易于制备和回收利用等特点,近年来,它作为一种新的绿色溶剂,备受关注,已被广泛应用于有机催化合成领域。本文通过离子液体法讲胍类离子液体负载到蒙脱土上,并用其担栽水溶性铑配合物,形成HRh(CO)(TPPTS)3/TMG—MMT催化剂。采用FTIR、XRD、31PCP—MASNMR、TG和BET等手段对该催化剂进行了表征,并将该催化剂用于苯乙烯的氢甲酰化反应,考察了反应温度、压力、溶剂用量、反应时间和催化剂用量对反应转化率和异/正苯丙醛比的影响。
Ionic liquid, because of its unique structure, have unusual properties, for example, low vapor pressure, good solubility, high ther-mal and chemical stability, ability and easy preparation and recycled etc, in recent years, it has attracted much attention as a kind of new green solvent and has been widely used in organic synthesis. After ionic liquids modified montmorillonite by ion-change method, water-soluble rhodi-um complexes was chemically immobilized on TMG-MMT, obtaining catalyst HRh(CO)(TPPTS)3/TMG-MMT. Using FTIR,XRD,31P CP-MAS NMR,TG and BET method for the characterization of catalyst, put it for hydroformylation of styrene. Inspect the influence of reaction tempera-ture, pressure, solvent consumption, reaction time and amount of catalyst on conversion and i/n benzenepropanal ratio.
