成软骨细胞瘤低场磁共振诊断

目的探讨成软骨细胞瘤低场磁共振表现。方法分析4例经手术后病理证实的成软骨细胞瘤资料，总结低场磁共振影像表现。结果4例病灶均在股骨下端，表现为骨骺区类圆形病灶，低场磁共振T1WI以低信号为主，T2WI上混杂信号。结论成软骨细胞瘤低场磁共振表现具有特征性，能做出正确的影像诊断。
