封闭负压引流治疗褥疮的护理疗效分析

目的评价封闭负压引流技术（Vacuum—sealingdrainage，VSD）及常规换药在治疗褥疮的，临床疗效．为褥疮的护理洽疗提供依据。方法观察2006年8月至2011年8月具有褥疮的创面给予VSD治疗26例（42处）的患者及给予常规换药治疗的26例（40处）患者进行对比，观察患者换药次数、住院时间、材料消耗费用、护理费用，比较治疗效果。结果对应用VSD及常规换药在换药次数、住院时间、材料消耗费、护理费用的记录结果进行t检验的统计学分析，结果材料消耗费用无明显统计学意义（P〉0．05）．换药次数、护理费用、住院时间有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论在治疗褥疮时，应用封闭负压引流技术治疗的患者与传统的换药治疗相比．护理费用、住院时间及换药次数明显减少，材料消耗费无明显增加，可以减轻社会及家庭负担，是一种安全、简单、有效的治疗方法。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of Vacuum-sealing drainage or Conventional therapy to＇treatment the bedsore. Methods We treated 26 patients （42 lesions）of the bedsore with VSD from Aug 2006 to Aug 2011.The same category patients（40 lesions）treated by conventional therapy as the control group.Results There were not significant differences in material fee between two groups （P 〉 0.05 ）.There were significant differences in times of dressing and the total time of hospitalization,nursing cost between two groups（P〈 0.05）.Conclusions Vacuum-sealing drainage to treatment the bedsore is safe,effective,and easy to handle.
