摘要
目的:探讨宫颈组织高危型HPV(16/18型)感染与宫颈癌及癌前病变发生的相关性临床分析。方法:运用现代宫颈癌及癌前病变的筛查方法检测宫颈组织HPV16/18型的表达水平及病变情况,判定HPV16/18型感染对宫颈癌及癌前病变的筛查价值。结果:HPV分型检测在诊断宫颈癌前病变中具有重要的指导作用。结论:积极防治HPV感染对于预防宫颈癌发生有重要意义。
Objective ：To investigate the cervical tissue of highrisk HPV（16/18） infection and cervical cancer and precancerous lesions occur Correlation between clinical analysis. Methods： using modem cervical cancer and precancerous lesions of the screening method for the detection of cervical tissue HPV16/type 18 expression level and disease, to judge the HPV16/type 18 infection in cervical carcinoma and precancerous lesions of the screening value. Results：HPV genotyping assay in the diagnosis of cervical precancerous lesions has important guiding role. Conclusion：active control of HPV infection for prevention of cervical cancer is important.
