摘要
目的:探讨高效液相色谱方法测定盐酸洛美沙星原药中洛美沙星的效果。方法:使用C18柱对3批盐酸洛美沙星原药进行HPLC检测。结果:检测波长284nm,盐酸洛美沙星0.25～10.0μg/ml,浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系。平均回收率100.50%,平均含量99.10%。结论:盐酸洛美沙星原药中盐酸洛美沙星的HPLC方法检测有效可行,简易适合日常操作。
Objective： To research the assa- ying result of Lomefloxacin of Lomefloxacin Hydrochloride Original Drug with HPLC method. Method：Use HPLC method to assay 3 Lomefloxacin Hydrochloride original drugs with C18 column. Result： The measurement wavelength is 284nm, and within the range of 0. 25 - 10. 0μg/ml of Lomefloxacin Hydrochloride, it shows a good linear relation between concentration and peak area. The average recovery rate is 100. 50%, the average content is 99.10%. Conclusion：The method to assay Lomefloxacin of Lomefloxacin Hydrochloride Original Drug is workable, easy and suitable for daily operation and generalization.
