神经内科患者留置导尿管的护理分析

目的:分析探讨更加有效避免神经内科患者尿路感染或漏尿的方法,提高神经内科病区的治疗和护理水平。方法:2011年6月～12月收治神经内科患者58例,进行置导尿管的护理。结果:神经内科患者在留置导尿管过程中容易发生尿路感染和漏尿的情况,采取适当有效的护理措施能有效减少这些情况的发生。结论:妥善及时的护理能明显神经内科留置导尿管患者尿路感染和漏尿情况的发生。

Objective： to analyze more effectively avoid neurological department of internal medicine patients with urinary tract infection or leakage of urine methods, improve the level of treatment and nursing of neurological department of internal medicine. Methods ：from June 2011 - 2011 year in December my courtyard neurological department of internal medicine treated 58 patients, the catheter nursing. Results ： patients in neurological department of internal medicine indwelling catheter during prone to urinary tract infection and urine leakage situation, taking proper and effective nursing measures can effectively reduce the occurrence of these situations. Conclusion：proper and timely nursing can obviously neurological department of internal medicine of catheterassociated urinary tract infection and urine leakage happens.
