摘要
论述了燃料电池技术的特点及应用前景、国内外研究与开发的概况 ;提出我国应加快对这一能源的研究与开发。
The characteristics of fuel cell technology and its future application and general situation of its research and development home and abroad were reviewed.The proposal that the research and development in this field should be speeded up in China was brought forwarded.
