下颌缘皮瓣移位全鼻再造3例

Nasal reconstruction with mandibular flap:A report of 3 cases

目的 :探讨全鼻再造的新术式。方法 :应用以面动脉为蒂的下颌缘皮瓣逆行转移全鼻再造。结果 :3例患者 ,手术一次成功 ,皮瓣一期成活 ,鼻外形满意。结论 :该方法具有供受区邻近、切取转移方便、血管恒定、血供丰富、皮瓣质软与面部色泽近似等优点。

?Objective:To study a new operative method for nasal reconstruction.Methods:The reversed mandibular flap pedicle with facial artery was used.Results:Three cases were treated with this new operative technique and the results were satisfactory.The noses showed good shape.Conclusions:The receptor area is close to the donor area and the flaps have excellent blood supply.The flap is soft and its color is similar to the normal facial skin.The operative technique is easy and convenient.
