上海市中小学教师专业发展学校的功能定位及实践特色 被引量:4

摘要 进入21世纪以来,上海市教委在全市范围内启动了中小学教师专业发展学校建设工程,并结合中国教育发展的特色和上海的区域特点,走出了一条促进中小学教师专业发展的机制创新之路,展现了实践的精彩和实效。上海市中小学教师专业发展学校的模式主要有先进文化引领型、制度创新驱动型、学科高地建设型、教学创新活力型、校本课程建设型、校本培训成熟型等多种类型。上海市中小学教师专业发展学校的建设加强了教师在职培训的针对性和实效性,表明教师终身教育体系的构建正在逐步走向成熟和完善。 After stepping into the 21st century, Shanghai municipal education commission started the construction project of primary and middle school teachers' professional development schools throughout the city. Responding to the Chinese characteristic and Shanghai' s regional features, it has innovated the mechanism promoting the primary and middle school teachers' professional development and demonstrated the excellence and effectiveness of practice. Shanghai munic- ipal teachers' professional development schools mainly adopt the following models: advanced culture leading, innovative system driving, discipline highland building, scientific innovation being dynamic, school-based curriculum construction and school-based training being mature, etc. The running of professional development schools for primary and middle school teachers in Shanghai gradual betterment of the me has improved the pertinency and efficiency of ongoing in-service training, and it stands for the ntioned teachers ' lifelong education system.
