摘要
在信息化条件下,信息技术对院校教育训练带来的新变化,表现在教学时空趋向虚拟化、教学形式趋向网络化、教学过程趋向自主化、教育资源趋向数字化和共享化。武警院校教育训练转变面临新的矛盾,如教学手段先进与教学观念滞后的矛盾,开放自主学习与集中统一管理的矛盾,网络资源共享与网络技术发展缓慢的矛盾等。为此,必须加快武警院校教育训练信息化转变,更新教育思想观念,认清“转变之理”;建设信息资源平台,打牢“转变”之基;推广新的教学模式,确保“转变”之实;构建新的训练体系,提升“转变”之能;加强教研队伍建设,固强“转变”之本;改革保障方式手段,巩固“转变”之果。
The information technology brings new changes to the education and training of the students in military academies, which features virtual, network and automatic teaching as well as the digitalization and sharing of education resources, which consequently give rise to a sequence of new contradictions, such as the advanced teaching devices and undeveloped teaching principles, the open independent learning and centralized administration and the public sharing of the net resources and the slow development of the net technology. Hence, it is high time to speed up the transformation of informationization of education and training in CAPF academies by renovating our teaching ideas, the "principles of transformation", constructing information and resources platform, "the foundation of transformation", spreading the new teaching mode, "the content of transformation, establishing new training sys- tem", "the advantage of transformation", strengthening the construction of the teaching and research capacity, the "cornerstone of transformation" and improving the ways of support, "the fruit of transformation".
