Reflection on the Cultivation of the Cadets＂ Fighting Spirit in the New Situation

军校学员的战斗精神培育，要从古今中外的战斗精神培育经验中吸取营养，并扬长避短；在战斗精神的培育过程中要注重人性化，使军队保持一定的人情味和大家庭的温暖；培育方式也应多样化，在进行战斗精神的培训上不能因循守旧，应把握时代特点，来引发大家对国家安全的关注；要把体育教学、体育训练和体育锻炼置于战斗精神培育的制度化、常态化位置。

The cultivation of the cadets＂ fighting spirits should be nourished through the ancient and modern experience of cultivation both home and abroad by adopting the latter＇s good points and avoiding its shortcomings. In the process, the emphasis should be put on humanization to make the army a warm family. Its means should be diversified and updated to avoid being fettered by old conventions with the aim to arouse people＇s concern about national security. It should be institutionalized and regularized to advocate the cultivation of fighting spirit in P. E education and military training.
