论武警权益的法律保护

The Discussion of the Law Protection of the Rights and Interests of Armed Police Force

《人民武装警察法》的颁布实施对于武警权益保护起到了积极的作用，但在实际操作过程中仍存在着一些不足。从武警权益保护的必要性入手，研究法律保护现状，分析当前法律保护存在的问题，并提出了武警权益法律保护的立法建议，以期推动武警权益法律保护。

The promulgation and implementation of the Law of People＇s Armed Police Force play an active role in protecting the rights and interests of armed police force, but there are still some problems in the actual operating process. From the necessity of the protection of the rights and interests, the article studies the status of the law protection, analyses the existing problems of the law protection, and puts forward legislative suggestions for the law protection of the rights and interests of Armed Police Force to promote it.
