当前武警院校依托国民教育提高办学水平问题研究

Study on Improving the Running of Armed Police Academies by Taking Advantage of the Resources of Non-Military Universitifes

新时期，武警院校必须努力拓展依托国民教育办学的思路，探索新模式提高院校整体建设水平，为建设现代化武警和遂行多样化任务提供保障。从武警院校依托国民教育办学的重大意义、主要内容和具体方法等三个方面进行了研究探讨，为武警院校贯彻军民融合式发展战略，提供理论借鉴和实践指南。

In the new era, it is of necessity to explore new pattern to generally improve the CAPF academies by taking adrantage of non-military resources with the aim to construct modernized CAPF and guarantee the succeessful undertaking of various missions. This paper prorides some theoretical and practical guildanee to implement the combined development of military and civil resourles through three aspects,namely the great significance,main content and specific measures of taking advantage of the rescurces of non-military universities.
