摘要
目的评价大鼠种植性胃肿瘤区域性动脉灌注化疗模型的制作能否为术前化疗提供较为理想的动物模型。方法对20只SD大鼠利用Walker-256细胞株成功地复制出种植性胃肿瘤模型,经腹腔动脉灌注阿霉素并经化疗后第14天取肿瘤组织进行病理学对照观察。结果利用Walker-256细胞株成功制作出大鼠种植性胃肿瘤区域性动脉灌注化疗模型,经腹腔动脉灌注阿霉素可明显抑制肿瘤生长(P<0.05)。结论该动物模型的制作及初步实验为胃癌的实验研究提供较为理想的动物模型。
Objective To evaluate whether preparing the implanted regional artery perfusion chemotherapy model provides the more ideal animal model for preoperative chemotherapy. Methods The models of implanted gastric tumor in 20 SD mice were successfully duplicated by using malignant tumor cell line Walker-256. Adriamyein was given by celiac artery perfusion. Tumor tissue was taken for the pathological comparative observation on 14 d after chemotherapy. Results The models of implanted regional artery perfusion chemotherapy model of gastric carcinoma in rat was successfully prepared by using malignant tumor cell line Walker-256.Celiac artery perfusion of adriamycin could significantly inhibit the tumor growth. Conclusion The preparation of this animal model and the preliminary experiment provide the more ideal animal model for the experimental research of gastric cancer.
