摘要
目的探讨责任小组制整体护理在老年住院患者压疮管理中的作用。方法采用改进管理压疮方法,比较改进前后效果。结果患者压疮发生率由2.12%降至1.22%。结论实施责任小组制整体护理有利于降低老年住院患者压疮风险的发生率,提高护理质量。
Object To investigate the effect of responsibility group system holistic nursing care in the management of el- derly inpatients with pressure sore. Methods The management method of pressure sores was improved. The effects were com- pared before and after improvement. Results The incidence rate of pressure sore is decreased from 2.12% to 1.21%. Conclu- sion Implementation of responsible group system holistic nursing care is beneficial to reduce the incidence rate of pressure sore in elderly hospitalized patients and to improve the quality of nursing care.
