摘要
目的 研究细菌L型感染与子宫内膜腺癌的相关性。方法 用革兰染色、免疫组化和DNA核酸探针原位杂交等方法 ,对 6 6例子宫内膜腺癌 ,30例子宫内膜增生症进行检测。结果 子宫内膜腺癌和内膜增生症中革兰氏染色细菌L型阳性率分别为 5 4 5 % ,5 6 7% ;免疫组化染色 (S -P法 )检测阳性率分别为 5 6 1%和 6 0 6 % ;2 0例子宫内膜腺癌标本 ,用金黄色葡萄球菌 (金葡菌 )L型地高辛标记的核酸探针作原位杂交 ,结果发现 45 %的宫内膜腺上皮细胞核内显示有金葡菌L型DNA阳性颗粒。结论 提示细菌及其L型可侵入子宫内膜腺上皮细胞 ,导致细胞异常增生甚至肿瘤发生。证明子宫内膜腺癌的发生与细菌L型感染有一定的相关性。
Aim To study the relativity between the infection of bacterial L-forms and endometrial adenocarcinoma Methods 66 cases of endometrial adenocarcinoma and 30 cases of endometrial hyperplasia were detected with Grams stain,immunohistochemical and in situ hybridization techniques Results With the Grams staining the positive rate of bacterial L-forms in endometrial adenocarcinoma and endometrial hyperplasia were 54 5% and 56 7% In immunohistochemical staining with S-P method, S aureus L-form antigen was positive in 56 1% and 60 6% 20 cases of endometrial adenocarcinoma were examined with degoxin labelled S aureus DNA probe,positive granules of S aureus DNA in blue color were found distributing evenly inside the nuclei in 45% of the cases Conclusion The S aureus L-form DNA may invade into the glandular epithelial cells of endometrium and lead to hyperplasia and cancer formation This indicates the existence of a relationship between the infection of S aureus and its L-forms and the development of cancer in endometrium
