床边超声引导下颈内静脉置管78例临床分析 被引量：5

摘要 颈内静脉置管在临床应用广泛，特别是在危重症患者的紧急抢救中发挥着重要作用。传统的颈内静脉置管操作方法置管失败率高，置管并发症多。研究显示超声引导下深静脉穿刺可以明显降低并发症，缩短深静脉穿刺操作时间，提高成功率[1]。本文通过对床边超声引导下颈内静脉置管和常规的置管方法进行对比分析，评价超声引导下行颈内静脉穿刺置管的临床应用价值。
