摘要 目的 观察光敏剂叶绿素光化学诱导的大鼠脑梗死模型 .方法 大鼠 6 0只随机分为 8组 :单纯光照组 ,单纯光敏剂组及 6组不同光敏剂浓度 ( 10 ,2 0 ,30 ,40 ,5 0和 6 0 mg·kg- 1 )的光化学诱导组 ,不同的光敏剂浓度光化学诱导组给予静脉注射叶绿素衍生物四号 ( chlorophyll derivative IV,CPD4) 10 min后 ,He- Ne激光照射左侧大脑上下肢感觉、运动区 ,2 4h后观察其神经行为学、梗死面积及组织病理学改变 ,以评估模型的可行性 .结果  CPD44 0 ,5 0 mg· kg- 1 经 He-Ne激光照射 ,可诱导大鼠脑梗死 ,且面积恒定 ,神经行为学评分及病理形态学改变明显 .结论  CPD4诱导的大鼠脑梗死模型稳定性 ,重复性好 。 AIM To develop the model of cerebral infarction in rats induced by CPD 4. METHODS Fifty rats were divided into 8 groups at random: Laser irradiation group, a photosensitizing group and 6 groups of photosensitizing plus light (with concentration of 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 and 60 mg·kg -1 respectively). The 6 groups were given laser irradiation on the contex areas of the forelimbs and hindlimbs 10 minutes after the intravenous injection of chlorophyll derivative IV (CPD 4). The reliability of model was evaluated by the changes in neurobehavior pathomorphology and the sizes of infarction 24 hours later. RESULTS Cerebral infractions were induced by laser irradiation plus 40 mg·kg -1 or 50 mg·kg -1 CPD 4 and the infarction sizes were stable and changes in neurobehavior and pathomorphology. CONCLUSION The infarction model induced by CPD 4 has a good stability, excellent repetition and high success rate in rats.
