Technology Innovation and Ethical Order Replacement

技术创新不仅产生了工具意义上的技术革命,同时也引发了人、自然、社会三者之间结构关系的巨大变化,这种变革是沿着适应自然、群居合作———征服自然、劳动分工———尊重自然、倡导责任———融入自然、天人和谐这样一种路径来演进和发展的。沿着这一途径,可以研究技术创新与自然及社会伦理秩序更替之间的关系。技术创新对自然的伦理冲击,可以从结构维度上去尝试分析,依照地表、水系、大气层、生物圈这样一个结构来进行研究,着眼点是揭示技术创新对自然法则的改变及其伦理影响。技术创新对社会伦理的影响主要作用于道德观念、行为规范和伦理秩序三个方面。技术创新与道德伦理之间的关系不是单向度的,在面临制约的同时,也促使道德伦理发生重要的变化。

Technology innovation of the tool not only results in technology revolution, but also contributes to the great change of the re- lationship among humanity, nature and society, which is progressing from fitting into nature and cooperating and group-living, to con- quering nature and ~abor division, to respecting for nature and advocating responsibility, and to integratirtg with nature. Atong this path, we can study the connection between the technology innovation and ethical order replacement. In order to reveal the impact of technology innovation on natural law, we studied the earth surface, river system, atmosphere and the biosphere. We found that this in- fluence primarily acts on moral concept, behavior norms and ethical order. Innovation of technology interacts with morals and ethics, it can also lead to the vital change on morals and ethics while being constrained by ethical norms.
