辽宁省财政科技投入效率评价研究

Evaluation on Efficiency of Financial Science and Technology Input in Liaoning Province

本文基于DEA方法建立了财政科技投入效率的评价模型,在此基础上从整体和内部分区域两方面对辽宁省财政科技投入效率情况进行了实证评价和分析,并有针对性地提出了相关政策建议,从而为辽宁省十二五期间财政科技投入效率的提升提供借鉴和参考。

The paper uses the DEA model to build the efficiency evaluation model of financial science and technology input. And on this basis, the paper carries the empirically evaluation and analysis to study the efficiency of financial science and technology input in Lia- oning from the whole and regional angel, and propses the corresponding countermeasures, as to provide the reference for the efficiency promotion of Liaoning＇s financial science and technology input during the 12th five-year plan period.
