摘要 根据能够与过渡态反应物的高度互补性结合从而提高反应中过渡态的稳定性的特点 ,催化抗体可以用来催化某些化学反应。本文对这种新型的催化剂的发展历程、结构特性、作用机理、与酶的关系以及催化抗体的制备和应用做了全面综述。 The highly complementary binding interactions of catalytic antibodies with transition analogies can be exploited to catalyze chemical reactions by the overall mechanism of transition state stabilization.In this paper,a full overview is given on the new mythical catalyst which including its history of development,structure character and function,relation to enzyme and the ways of producing and application for catalytic antibody.
