摘要
本文使用全国高等职业院校人才培养工作状态数据采集平台中2008、2009和2010三个年度的数据,采用双重差分方法分析"国家示范性高等职业院校建设计划"对于"校企合作"人才培养模式的改革效果。结果显示,示范校建设并未有效提升校企合作的办学水平,甚至可能因学校的努力程度不足而呈下降趋势。在进一步分析各个周期的建设效果时,发现政策效果整体呈现"升-降-升-降"的趋势:为获取示范资格的"申请阶段"呈现为提升、迈入门槛后的第一和第二建设周期呈现为下降、面临"示范性验收"的第三个建设周期为提升、完成验收后的第一年为下降。
In this thesis data of 2008, 2009, and 2010 is collected from the Personnel Training Data Bases of National vocational colleges, and the effect of the National Model Vocational College Establishing Plan on the reform of cooperation between college and enterprise is evaluated by Difference in Difference Mode. Results show that the model vocational college did not do a good job in promoting the quality of college cofounded together by college and enterprise, with some deterioratingbecause some colleges are less committed to the project. Through further analysis of each period of the effect of development, the policy effect is found to experience circulation of improvements and deteriorations.
