Constructing Advanced Province in Higher Education: Leading by Culture Innovation

本文探讨了文化创新对于高教强省建设的影响,分析了建设高等强省对高教理论创新、文化育人、发展文化产业以及推动高教文化精品走向世界等方面提出的要求,指出高教文化的先进程度决定着高教强省的建设水平。推进由高教大省向高教强省的转变,重在加强先进文化的引领。

This paper discusses the influences of cultural innovation on the development of higher education within province and analyses its necessary demands on innovation in higher education theories, cultural educating, development of cultural industry, and promotion of cultural product of higher education worldwide. The current paper argues that the advance of higher education culture determines the construction of advanced province in higher education, and proposes that in order to promote the transition from quantity development of education within province to quality development, emphasis should be put on fortifying the leading of advanced culture.
