摘要
多元文化将我国当代教育发展置于全球的文化与政治格局中,既是难得的发展机遇更是重大的挑战。多元文化促使教育的使命价值在个人本位与社会本位上实现了高度契合,教育也成为促进人的幸福、联接人与社会、缔造世界和平的重要途径;传统意义下教育的传递和保存文化的功能也逐渐超越"冲突"走向"整合",超越"传递"走向"创新";对教育改革实践来说,应选择"中和位育"的改革立场,推进以协作共享为特征的公平实践,教育标准应走向多元整合,教育关系也应在对话与协商中实现重构,在拓展教育空间中应注重营造和谐生态,使教师能力从传递维持型走向批判反思型。
Due to multiculturalism, the current education development of China is placed in the global cultural and political context, which is a rare development opportunity and also challenge. Muhicuhuralism helps to achieve the highly harmonyof educational missions both in individual standard social standard, and education becomes an important channel to bring happiness to human being, to link citizens and the society, and to promote the peace of the world. The functions of transmissionand culture preservation of education in the traditional sense have also overcome conflicts and transmission, and achieved integration and innovation. In terms of the educational reform, an approach specialized by the states of equilibrium and harmonyshould be adopted, the practice of education equality featured by share and cooperation should be improved, the education standards should be integrated, and the education relationship should be refigured through conversation and negotiation. In theprocess of extending education space, harmonious states should be created and the teaching ability should be focused on critical thinking in comparison with knowledge transmission.
