冻结孔偏斜对白垩系地层冻结凿井影响研究 被引量:6

摘要 通过对泊江海子矿风井冻结过程冻结壁温度场现场实测,同时结合冻结造孔有、无偏斜条件下数值模拟结果,获得了冻结孔偏斜情况对凿井的影响。冻结孔偏斜情况下冻结壁交圈时间远大于冻结孔无偏斜情况。在冻结壁形成过程中,受冻结孔偏斜影响,同一测试层位不同方位处冻结壁有效厚度、平均温度差别较大;当井筒掘砌至测试层位时,井帮环向温度差别也较大,表明井筒掘砌时冻结壁存在明显的相对薄弱环节。 Based on the field measurement of temperature field of frozen wall in freezing process of air shaft in Bojianghaizi Mine, combining with numerical simulation results under the conditions of freezing hole having deflection and not having, the paper obtains the influence of freezing hole deflection on shaft sinking. Frozen wall enclosing time with freezing hole deflection is much longer than without deflection. In the forming process of frozen wall, impacted by freezing hole deflection, the frozen wall in different azimuth in the same tested layer have great differences ineffective thickness and average temperature; when the shaft sinking gets to the tested layer, the shaft wall temperature is greatly different in tangential direction, which shows that there have relatively weak links in the frozen wall in shaft sinking.
