姚桥矿7708工作面开采方案优化设计

摘要 姚桥矿7708工作面位于第四系松散含水层下,属于水体下开采。为了提高开采上限,解放煤炭资源,提出只采底分层与一次采全高相结合的分段开采方案。运用类比法以及数值模拟对两种开采方法进行分析,计算出各自的防砂安全煤岩柱垂高及安全开采上限。实践证明,相较于原来单一进行一次采全高的开采方案,分段开采提高开采上限12m,增加可采储量2.6万t,大大提高了经济效益与社会效益。 The 7708 working face of Yaoqiao Mine is located under loose aquifer of the Quaternary, so it is a mining face under water body. In order to improve the upper mining limit and liberate coal resources, the sublevel mining method with full seam mining and bottom layer mining is proposed which is analyzed with analogy and numerical simulation methods. The safe height of san&proof rock pillars and safe upper mining limit are worked out. Practice has proved that, compared to the original full seam mining scheme, sublevel mining has increased upper mining limit by 12 meters and increased recoverable reserves by 26 thousand tons which has greatly improved the economic and social benefits.
