细精煤压滤脱水影响因素研究

Influence factor research on filter pressing dewatering of fine clean coal

介绍了煤炭脱水现状,分析了细精煤高效脱水的重要性,以滤液固含量作为评价指标研究了细精煤筒式压滤的脱水效果,揭示了滤液固含量与煤粒度组成、煤浆浓度、进浆压力和隔膜压滤压力之间的函数关系,为细精煤高效脱水提供了参考。

This paper introduces the status of coal dewatering, analysis the importance of the efficient dehydration of fine clean coal. The dewatering effects of fine clean coal drum filter press have been researched and the solids content of filtrate as evaluation index. The results show the functional relationship between filtrate solid content and coal particle size, the concentration of coal slurry, inflow pressure and membiane filter pressure, which provide a reference for efficient dewatering of fine clean coal.
