摘要
针对江西新余钢铁集团有限公司冷轧厂连续退火机组常因自动控制系统的缺陷引起加热段被迫停机的问题,采取了提高检测信号的可靠性、优化联锁控制条件、完善控制功能等措施,提高了机组运行的稳定性,减少了不必要的停机时间。
To the problem nealing unit in cold rolling increased and the needless lock control condition and of heating zone forced to shutdown as automation system defects of continuous anplant at Xinyu Iron & Steel Group Co. , Ltd. , the running stability of this unit was downtime was reduced by increasing detection signal dependability, improving intercompleting control function.
