助燃风机异常振动的分析与解决措施

摘要 分析了某冷轧厂连退机组NOF助燃风机因连接或结构刚度不足、联轴器缺陷、动静部件摩擦、转子动不平衡导致异常振动的原因,提出了定期检查紧固连接螺栓、保证联轴器同轴度、保证气封与轴的间隙一致、对转子进行加配重在线动平衡等措施,确保了机组的稳定运行。 The abnormal vibration of NOF combustion-supporting blower of continuous annealing mill caused by connecting or stiffness deficiency, coupling defects, friction between static and dynamic components and rotor dynamic unbalancing were analyzed. The measures such as checking connecting bolt regularly, ensuring couplings axiality, assuring seal gaps consistent and making rotor dynamic balancing on line were referred toguarantee the unit running stably.
