摘要
为了研究循环再用毛纤维经过循环再加工后,毛纤维的性能损伤情况,测试分析了8组来源不同的循环再用毛纤维的细度、纤维长度和单纤维拉伸性能,并控制纤维细度基本一致,比对用于再利用的毛纤维与原始毛纤维长度、单纤维强力的性能损伤,从而为废旧毛纺织品的再利用提供生产参数。结果表明,循环再用毛纤维平均直径与普通原毛纤维基本一致,开松后的纤维平均长度在15~20 mm之间。与原纤维相比,循环再用毛纤维的纤维长度损失75%左右,纤维强力损失20%~30%。
To analyse the damage of wool fiber,which reused from waste wooden,8 groups of reused wool fibers were chosen as required and their fiber fineness, fiber length and single fiber tensile properties were tested. The reused wool fiber were compared with the raw wool fiber by controlled their fiber fineness consistent, their fiber length and single fiber tensile properties were tested so as to provide the reuse of waste wool textile some manufacturing parameters. The results showed that the average fiber diameter of reused wool fibers are basically the same with the ordinary raw wool fibers, and the average fiber length was between 15 to 20 ram. The fiber length of reused wool fibers were lost about 75% and the single fiber strength were lost about 20% to 30% compared with the raw wool fiber.
