APPROACH ON USE OF SUPPORT FUND IN CHANGING THE LINE OF PRODUCTION AND BEST EFFECT

转产扶持金曾在浙江省地矿厅产业结构调整和产业经济发展中发挥了积极作用 ,同时在使用中也存在着一些问题。为解决这些问题 ,提高转产扶持金的使用效益 ,文中分别针对局、队提出了若干建议 ,并针对局、队的投资与被投资关系提出了七项措施。
